Massage is a conversation, and I am listening with my hands. I view each individual as a whole and complex person, not as a bunch of knots to be forced out with manual pressure. Chronic or acute pain, emotional state, and life changes both large and small effect how the body receives massage. During a session, I monitor whether your nervous system is on high alert or relaxed, how your muscles respond to pressure and pace, and adapt as needed.

When You Arrive...
Park in any open space around our building.Â

Make your way to the front porch on Locust Street and enter through the front door. The side doors are not open for clients.

Have a seat in the lobby area. Yes, it looks like someone's living room! No, you haven't walked into a private residence; it's just homey. There is no receptionist to check in with.

If you need a restroom, it is down the hallway and past the French doors: the second door on the right. Please use the restroom before your appointment time, if possible.Â

Please wait in the lobby and I will escort you to my treatment room at your scheduled appointment time. If I am running more than 5 minutes late, please text me that you have arrived.
